Terms governing use of ZynCanada (the website at zyncanada.ca and any subdomain). By accessing or ordering from this site, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be 19 years of age or older to use this site (18+ in Quebec and Manitoba, where the provincial age of majority for nicotine products is lower). You must be a Canadian resident with a Canadian shipping address. Age verification is completed at checkout. We do not knowingly sell to anyone under the required age.
2. Products
We sell nicotine pouches manufactured by Swedish Match (ZYN), BAT (VELO), GN Tobacco (White Fox), and Pablo (Pablo). All products are tobacco-free, all-white nicotine pouches. Nicotine is addictive. We make no health claims, no cessation claims, and no medical recommendations about these products.
Product descriptions on this site are written by us and reflect our best understanding of each product. Manufacturers may change formulations, strengths, or flavours over time; we update descriptions as we learn of changes but cannot guarantee that every detail is current at all times.
3. Pricing
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and exclude applicable provincial and federal taxes (GST, HST, QST, PST), which are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Standard pricing is $15 per can, with tier discounts at $13 per can (5+ cans) and $12 per can (10+ cans). Tier discounts apply to total can count, not individual products.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Once an order is placed, the prices at order time are final.
4. Coupon codes
Discount codes (e.g., 10OFF for first-order 10% discount) are valid until withdrawn. Each code carries its own conditions (one-use per customer, minimum order value, etc.) which are displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse a code that’s been used in violation of its terms.
5. Orders, shipping, returns

- We dispatch from a Canadian warehouse within one business day.
- Shipping is by Canada Post standard parcel.
- Free shipping over $99; otherwise calculated at checkout.
- Unopened cans returnable within 30 days. Opened cans are non-returnable.
- Damaged-in-transit items are reshipped or refunded.
6. Limitation of liability
ZynCanada is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of products purchased on this site. Our maximum liability for any single order is limited to the purchase price of that order.
We are not responsible for adverse reactions to nicotine. If you experience symptoms you’re concerned about, consult a healthcare provider. We are not licensed to provide medical advice.
7. Intellectual property
The site design, photography, product descriptions, and blog content on ZynCanada are our copyright. ZYN, VELO, White Fox, and Pablo trademarks belong to their respective manufacturers; we use them under nominative fair use to identify the products we sell.
8. Account and privacy
If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We handle personal data per our Privacy Policy and applicable Canadian privacy laws (PIPEDA federally; Quebec Law 25 in Quebec).
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. The current version is always the one posted at this URL. Material changes will be flagged via a site banner for 30 days.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and, where applicable, the laws of the province where you reside. Any disputes will be handled in Canadian courts.
