Where we ship
We ship to every Canadian postal code — all ten provinces and the three territories. We dispatch from a Canadian warehouse using Canada Post standard parcel service. Tracking is included with every order.
We do not ship outside Canada. If you’re a Canadian abroad, you’ll need to use a US-side reshipper.
How long it takes
Standard Canada Post parcel transit, from our warehouse to your address:
- Central Canada (Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, southern Ontario, southern Quebec): 2–3 business days.
- Prairies (Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Regina, Saskatoon): 3–4 business days.
- British Columbia (Vancouver, Victoria, interior BC): 4–5 business days.
- Atlantic Canada (Halifax, Moncton, Saint John, Charlottetown, St. John’s): 4–6 business days. Newfoundland addresses add 1–2 days due to island transit.
- Northern Canada (Yukon, NWT, Nunavut): 7–14 business days depending on community.
We dispatch within one business day of order confirmation. Weekend orders ship Monday. Holiday closures (Canada Post observed holidays) add 1 day per closure.
Shipping cost
- Free shipping on orders $99+ — applied automatically at checkout. No code required.
- Below $99: standard shipping calculated by parcel weight at checkout. Typically $8–$14 depending on destination and order size.
Shipping fees include tracking and Canada Post insurance against loss in transit.
Tracking your order
You’ll receive two emails: 1. Order confirmation — sent immediately when you check out. 2. Shipment notification — sent when your order leaves the warehouse, with the Canada Post tracking number.
Track at canadapost.ca or in any major package-tracking app. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, first check with your building, mailroom, or any household member. If still missing after 24 hours, email us with your order number — we’ll start a Canada Post investigation.
Returns
Unopened cans within 30 days — returnable for refund. Email us with your order number to start the return process; we’ll provide a Canada Post return label.
Opened cans are non-returnable — for health, safety, and tamper-evident reasons consistent with all nicotine retail. This applies even if the can is mostly full.
Damaged in transit — email us with your order number and a photo of the damage. We cover return shipping for damaged-in-transit items and either reship or refund depending on what works for your timing.
Wrong item received — email us. We’ll arrange a swap and cover return shipping.
Refund timing
Refunds process within 3–5 business days of us receiving the returned item. The refund goes back to the original payment method. Bank/card statement appearance varies — credit card refunds typically show within 5–10 business days; debit/Interac can take longer.
Age verification at delivery
We verify 19+ at checkout (18+ for Quebec and Manitoba addresses, where provincial age of majority is lower). Canada Post doesn’t currently require signature on delivery for nicotine pouches the way it does for cannabis or alcohol — our age verification happens at the purchase step.
If you order to an address where someone under 19 might receive the package (shared housing, etc.), the responsibility for handling it appropriately is with the purchaser.
What we can’t ship
- To anyone under 19 (under 18 in Quebec and Manitoba). Confirmed at checkout.
- Outside Canada. No international shipping.
- To Canada Post offices currently on strike or affected by service disruption. If a strike or disruption is active, we’ll hold your order until service resumes and notify you by email.
- Restricted addresses (some First Nations reserves have specific in-community retail rules for nicotine products — if our system flags an address, we’ll contact you).
